Shortly after, I began texting with a company representative and specifically asked not to be called, which was ignored. I continued the conversation by text, but then received multiple phone calls from different people at the company who were unaware that anyone else had already spoken with me. In one instance, I was even told that the person I had been texting did not work for the company. After speaking with a supervisor, I learned that they use multiple call centers to handle appointments, which explained the lack of coordination. Due to the experience, I asked to be removed from all contact lists. Despite this, I have since received more calls from them. If they can’t manage basic communication or respect a simple request during the initial contact phase, I don’t feel comfortable trusting them with a bathroom remodel.

We went with our own ordered fixtures and it was easy to have it sent to their warehouse. Never really felt there was any time I feel there was confusion of apprehension with what was going on. Their crew with Luis as lead were so professional and easy to work with. Always chose quality approach over the easy approach. Whenever I do home improvement I always say, I will go with what you recommend if this was your home. I felt I didn’t need to even say so with this crew.
